Mediation Readiness Program
A private intensive for the three weeks before your mediation, with one recovery session after. Built so your emotions do not make your most expensive decisions for you.
Women who are anxious, reactive, or stuck going into mediation, and whose emotions are likely to slow down or derail a settlement. If your spouse knows exactly which buttons to press, this is for you.
Mediation is a business meeting about the end of a marriage. You can grieve the marriage and still negotiate the business. We make that separation before you walk in.
An emotional intelligence assessment shows your strengths and the capacity most likely to fail under pressure in the room, so nothing about your reactions is a surprise.
You will know who does what, what the day usually looks like, and what to ask your attorney before you arrive.
Each session follows one season of the Phoenix Woman Method.
About three weeks before. Mindset and your emotional intelligence baseline. Define what a good outcome means to you and sort your priorities into must have, would like, and willing to release.
About two weeks before. Emotional management and how not to take the bait. Map your triggers, learn three regulation tools, and rehearse calm responses until they are boring.
The week of mediation. Trusting your attorney and the process. Prepare your questions, set decision guardrails for the tired version of you, and finish your plan for the day.
After mediation. Recovery and next steps. Plan for the fatigue, make peace with the outcome, and set your next 30 days.
Decisions made in advance are decisions you do not have to make while exhausted.
That is the whole idea. You arrive with your priorities set, your responses practiced, and your team trusted.
Ninety minutes each, one every week leading up to mediation and one after.
Three weeks of voice and text access between sessions, so a hard exchange with your spouse does not sit with you for days.
An evening before call to settle your plan, and text support on the day itself.
The Mini EQ Check and a short intake before we begin, a workbook with your mediation day plan, and the scripts you will practice.
Enrollment closes three weeks before your mediation date, so the full program fits. If your mediation is rescheduled, your remaining sessions move with it.
Coaching is not legal advice, financial advice, or therapy. I stay out of legal strategy completely. Your attorney handles the law and what to accept. My job is to help you stay steady enough to hear their advice and act on it.
If your situation involves abuse or coercive control, we will talk about the right support on your first call, because this program is not the right first step in that case.
"Stacie has a way of naming exactly what you've been avoiding, without ever making you feel small for avoiding it."Erica T., Coaching Client
