For attorneys and mediators
Mediation Readiness Program prepares a divorcing client emotionally for the three weeks before mediation, with one session after. I stay out of legal strategy. That part is yours.
Private coaching that prepares a client to walk into mediation calm, clear, and ready to decide. It is built for clients who are anxious, reactive, or stuck, and whose emotions are likely to slow or derail a settlement.
Mindset going into the room. An emotional intelligence assessment that shows her triggers and strengths. Techniques for managing emotion in the moment. Not taking the bait. Trusting her attorney and the process. Recovery and next steps afterward.
A client who can listen to advice and make decisions. Fewer emotional calls and emails to your office. Sessions that stay on the issues.
Coaching is not legal advice or therapy. Clients are coached to bring their questions to you, to take a break before answering a new proposal, and to trust the process you are guiding.
I started in family law as a paralegal and later ran client strategy for a family law firm. I know what your team deals with when a client is emotionally flooded: the late night calls, the missed details, and decisions driven by anger instead of strategy.
I have also been through my own divorce as a mom, so I understand your clients from both sides of the desk.
I am a Certified Divorce Coach and EQ Practitioner, and I never give legal advice.
Share this page, my phone number, or my email. Clients apply on the site, and I follow up personally.
A short call to confirm her mediation date and that coaching is the right support, with a screening for situations where it is not.
Four sessions around her mediation date, built around her priorities and her attorney's guidance.
Mediation Readiness Program is $2,500. Clients can read the full program at Mediation Readiness.
